The Chicago Bears saw some progress and a few setbacks on Thursday's injury report ahead of their Week 17 matchup with the Detroit Lions. In the trenches, Teven Jenkins (neck), Cody Whitehair (knee), and Justin Jones (eye) look to be trending in the right direction.

Jenkins was a full participant for the second straight day while Jones, Whitehair, and Andrew Brown (ankle) improved from limited to full participation.

Additionally, Chase Claypool and Equanimeous St. Brown (concussion) were limited participants Thursday after sitting out Wednesday. Claypool has missed the Bears' last two games due to a knee injury.

However, a few players sat out after being limited Wednesday: Dante Pettis (ankle) and Sterling Weatherford (illness). Ja'Tyre Carter (back) also did not practice Thursday after not having a designation Wednesday.

Finally, Trevon Wisco remained limited for the second consecutive day due to a calf injury.

The Chicago Bears still have one more day of practice before traveling to Detroit to ring in the New Year against the Lions.
