The Chicago Bears' first injury report of Week 5 listed six players. LB Matt Adams and TE Ryan Griffin practiced in a limited capacity on Wednesday. Additionally, four players did not practice: DB Dane Cruikshank, DB Jaylon Johnson, DB Jaylon Jones, and RB David Montgomery.

Jaylon Johnson, who is dealing with a quad issue, has missed the Bears' last two games. He has four tackles, including one for a loss, in two games played this season.

David Montgomery remains sidelined after suffering a knee/ankle injury in Week 3 against the Houston Texans. Notably, Wednesday's injury report only lists Montgomery's ailment as an ankle issue.
