Detroit Lions Sign Chase Daniel


Former Bears' backup quarterback, Chase Daniel, has a new home.

According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the Lions signed the 33-year-old today to a “three-year, $13.05 million deal that includes a voidable clause, per source.”

Daniel heads to Detroit with a veteran QB in Matt Stafford at the helm, but Daniel fits the backup role nicely in case Stafford goes down.
