It's Chicago Bears' victory Monday! On Sunday afternoon, the Bears took on the San Francisco 49ers at Soldier Field. The weather conditions were terrible as rain fell hard for most of the contest. Though, the Bears secured a come-from-behind victory and beat the 49ers. The final score was 19-10.

The game balls were presented to Bears' Head Coach Matt Eberflus and GM Ryan Poles after the game concluded, and for good reason. Eberflus made major adjustments to the offense after a poor first half which helped lead the Bears to victory. Poles received a game ball because four of the rookies he drafted were instrumental in the win.

Jaquan Brisker recorded four tackles, one for a loss, and had a fumble recovery. Kyler Gordon recorded six tackles and one tackle for loss. Braxton Jones played every snap in the game and helped the offensive line protect Justin Fields. Fields was only sacked twice, which is a miracle considering the weather conditions. Dominque Robinson recorded seven tackles, 1.5 sacks, and two QB hits.

These four rookies absolutely showed out for the Bears' on Sunday. Robinson was actually named the player of the game in his first NFL action. The Bears locker room was buzzing after the victory and rightfully so. Many had the Bears losing this game, myself included, but the heart, determination, and leadership of Eberflus and Poles helped lead them to a win.

While many have questioned the draft picks the Bears made in 2022, everyone has to be impressed with the showing from these four rookies. If they can continue to impact the game positively, the Bears may be better than a lot of people thought.
