The Chicago Bulls may have found the point guard they are looking for. It now seems as if they will be staying right at the seventh overall pick in this year's NBA draft. The trades, for now, seem to be a thing of the past. Will that change come draft day?
It was reported today by Steve Kyler that the Bulls have promised Coby White that he will be drafted with the seventh pick.
If that is truly the case, it most likely means the end for Kris Dunn here in Chicago, though that seems to have been in the works for some time now.
White shines in his ability to score and move the ball well. However, he lacks on the defensive side of the court, which really does not seem like the right fit for the build of this team. The Bulls should look in other areas for a point guard that is more of a traditional mold since they have so many players that can score in Zach LaVine, Lauri Markkanen, and Otto Porter Jr. We will see how all the shapes up though come June 20th at the NBA Draft!
