After missing Wednesday's contest, Ayo Dosunmu will suit up for the Chicago Bulls in their Friday rematch with the New York Knicks. However, the second-year guard will have restrictions as he continues to deal with an abdominal contusion.

Head coach Billy Donovan said Dosunmu will play in short stints and won't exceed 20 minutes of action.

The Illinois product suffered the injury Sunday against the Atlanta Hawks. After a collision at the rim in the second quarter, Dosunmu landed on Trae Young's knee, which caused him to miss the rest of the game.

Ayo Dosunmu sat out of Bulls' practice Tuesday and missed Wednesday's loss to the Knicks. While he may not be a full-go just yet, his return Friday after missing just one game is a step in the right direction.

Tip-off between the Chicago Bulls and New York Knicks is at 7 PM CT from the United Center. The game will air on NBC Sports Chicago.
