The Chicago Bulls are now down two guards. Alex Caruso didn't suit up Sunday against the Atlanta Hawks, and Ayo Dosunmu's night came to an early end due to an injury.

Late in the second quarter, Dosunmu drove to the basket and collided with Hawks' guard Trae Young. Dosunmu's abdomen landed on Young's knee, which appeared to be quite painful.

The Bulls' second-year guard went to the locker room and did not return to action. The Bulls then announced that Dosunmu suffered an abdominal contusion and would not return to the game.
