Chicago Bulls' head coach Billy Donovan answered some questions after Saturday's practice and said Coby White could return Monday.
The Bulls have been plagued by bad news as of late. They're coming off an absolute beatdown on national TV, having suffered a 119-93 defeat at the hands of the Golden State Warriors on Friday night. All-Star center Nikola Vucevic will miss the next five or so games due to COVID-19. Though, there is a bright spot in all of this. Coby White could return Monday against the Los Angeles Lakers.
Coming off shoulder surgery, White is eager to return to the lineup. The Bulls could use his scoring off the bench, a category in which they rank dead last in the NBA. White's return will immensely help the Bulls during this tough stretch of West Coast games. The situation will likely have more clarity on Monday. White's return cannot come soon enough.
