Kris Dunn goes on this list because he was primarily listed as the small forward while he was healthy. Dunn struggled mightily on offense this year, especially from deep, shooting a career-low 25%. He posted career-lows in basically every category.

How ever, Dunn's defense was stellar, per usual. That's the value a guy like Kris Dunn brings to a team. He may not be a starter, but he brings grit and toughness on defense to bother any team's best perimeter player. If he could somehow find a way to elevate his offensive game, he would be a legitimate threat.

Well, this one is an obvious disappointment. The reason it's a disappointment is that Chandler was hurt throughout the season again. The former first-round pick showed flashes of a high-end rotational player at points, but he just can't seem to stay healthy. What's there to gain?

Toward the end of the season, Hutchison had a few scoring outbursts and looked dynamic on the offensive end. His on-ball defense needs to improve though if he wants to take the next step.

It's hard to give a grade based on only 28 games, but it has to be done.

Otto Porter Jr.

Over two seasons in Chicago, the highest-paid player on the team has only appeared in 29 games. Otto struggled at the beginning of the season and was then diagnosed with a foot injury that kept him out most of the campaign. No player ever wants to get hurt, but it's been a disappointing tenure here in Chicago for OPJ. Otto has the potential to be that three-and-D wing the Bulls need, but the injuries have piled up and derailed any plans of it.
