2 Out, 2 Doubtful for Chicago Bulls' Preseason Opener
Ahead of tonight's preseason opener, the Chicago Bulls' injury report lists Coby White and Patrick Williams as out. Meanwhile, Derrick Jones Jr. and Tony Bradley are listed as doubtful. Both Williams and Jones Jr. are both recovering from ankle sprains and Bradley is dealing with a lower back strain. Meanwhile, White continues to recover from offseason shoulder surgery.
Coby White led the team in minutes last season with 2,156 and Patrick Williams ranked third with 1,983. Injuries to those two leave plenty of minutes open for the team to showcase their new signings. Unfortunately, we won't be seeing two of those new signings tonight. The team has yet to announce timetables for Jones Jr. or Bradley.
The injuries mean new additions Stanley Johnson, Daniel Oturu, Ayo Dosunmu, and Marko Simonovic will likely see more minutes.
