Coming off a victory of 119-115 victory over the Knicks on Thursday, the Bulls received some bad news. Javonte Green entered the NBA’s health and safety protocols, which will sideline him on Saturday. Additionally, Alex Caruso is questionable to play against the Nets due to a right hamstring strain.

Javonte Green has been one of the players who has stepped up in Patrick Williams' absence at the power forward spot. With Green out for the time being, Nikola Vucevic will have to maintain his recent success to help fill the void. Since returning his own case of COVID-19, Vucevic has scored 30 and 27 points in his last two games, including 10-12 from three-point range.

The first option the Bulls would look to when shorthanded is Alex Caruso. But his questionable status could leave the Bulls with an even thinner bench. Caruso was ineffective on offense against the Knicks but was a menace on defense, which is nothing new. He locked down the point and added four steals.
