Chicago Bulls guard Zach LaVine is back at the Advocate Center with his teammates. The NBA All-Star cleared COVID-19 protocols on Thursday morning, according to K.C. Johnson of NBC Sports Chicago. LaVine initially entered the NBA's health and safety protocols on December 12.
Due to the Bulls' COVID outbreak, three of their games have been postponed. LaVine only missed two scheduled games despite being unavailable for over 10 days. Thankfully, the two games he missed both resulted in wins for the Bulls.
On the season, Zach LaVine is averaging 26 PPG, 5.2 RPG, and 4.2 APG. He is shooting 49% from the field and 39% from downtown. The Bulls' next game is Dec. 26 at the United Center against the Indiana Pacers. Now that LaVine is out of protocols, he will likely be back in the lineup when Chicago returns to action.
