In a day that started with unfortunate news regarding Lonzo Ball's knee injury, it appears the Chicago Bulls just received some good news. Zach LaVine is making progress on his left knee injury and could return next Wednesday, according to Shams Charania of Stadium.
LaVine has missed the last three games for Chicago after injuring his left knee against the Golden State Warriors last Friday. He is currently second on the Bulls in scoring and has been putting up numbers that will surely result in his second All-Star nod.
The Bulls already knew they would be without Zach LaVine for their upcoming three-game road trip. If he does return next Wednesday, the Bulls will be back at the United Center taking on the Toronto Raptors. Hopefully LaVine continues to make progress in his recovery so he can suit up to help the Chicago Bulls continue on as the top team in the Eastern Conference.
