This could be a monumental day for the Chicago Bulls. If the ping pong balls fall right, the Bulls could be staring at a new face of the franchise. Zion Willamson, Ja Morant, Darius Garland, and RJ Barett could be in the cards for this squad next year.

So, what happens if the Bulls get the fourth pick? Should they move up? Should they stand pat? What is the right decision to make?

Hypothetically, say the Bulls get the number one pick. It has to be Zion Willamson, right? It just has to be. Zion is arguably the best one and done college basketball player we have ever seen. He showed nothing but pure brilliance during his time at Duke and exemplified the "clutch" gene everyone loves to talk about. It's a no-brainer he can change a franchise, so if the Bulls somehow get number one, he's the pick.

Now say the Bulls decide to move up. Maybe they offer the 4th pick (if that's where they end up) and a future first-round pick and say, Chandler Hutchison? They could most likely get into the top two. Who's the pick there? Ja Morant? RJ Barrett? That's tough. Ja was electric this year, but he does play in the OVC. Yes, I know Damien Lillard did as well, you know who else did? Cam Payne. Though Ja does show that grit mentality Bulls fans love. His court vision is amazing, though he did commit a lot of turnovers, he always got his teammates involved.

Ja improved dramatically in his second season at Murray St. Though his SOS (Strenght Of Schedule) is not very impressive, he led his team to the NCAA Tournament. Down below is a highlight reel of Ja Morant and all the highlight plays he has last season.

RJ Barrett is sure to round out the top three of the draft. He had plenty of noteworthy moments at Duke this year but was overshadowed by his teammate, Zion Willamson. Barrett has a very high basketball IQ and is a great shooter, which would benefit the Bulls greatly. Though like Zion, RJ doesn't technically play a position of need for the Bulls, but he could fit right in wherever needed.

If the Bulls choose to stand pat at pick number four, here are the athletes they could go with. It's truly a tough decision, but the Bulls tend to do well in the draft so I trust their scouting department has done their homework.

I'll be bringing NBA Draft Lottery 2019 coverage here at OnTapSportsNet.Com as well as on my personal Twitter @BuzzOnTap. Let's hope the ping pong balls fall the Bulls way and we bring a superstar here to Chicago!
