The trade rumors will not stop until Kevin Durant is moved or says he wants to stay in Brooklyn. Max Kellerman of ESPN suggested the Chicago Bulls have enough to trade for Durant. There has already been one blockbuster trade this offseason that included big-name talent and multiple picks. The Bulls have talent, but they don't have a ton of picks to move.
Kellerman suggests a trade package centered around DeMar DeRozan. Obviously, Chicago would also have to include Patrick Williams in this deal. Though, the Bulls have reportedly not been willing to include Williams in any potential trades.
At the end of the day, it's interesting to hear a national media personality mention the Bulls here. The Bulls likely will not make this move as the keyword of their offseason has been "continuity." Chicago's front office wants to see what the currently assembled core can do when healthy.
But it is intriguing to think about Zach LaVine and Kevin Durant on the same team. Depending on what the deal looked like, a core of Ball, LaVine, and Durant would be pretty fun to watch -- pending health, of course.
