NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal recently gave his thoughts on the Chicago Bulls. In an interview with Adam Caparell of Complex Sports, O'Neal said, "They’re going to try and do the Golden State thing. Four smalls, try to spread it out, shoot, run, Zach LaVine shoot threes, Lonzo gets everyone involved."

The Bulls front office, led by Artūras Karnišovas and Marc Eversley, has completely revamped the team. The only two players left on the Chicago Bulls roster since "AKME" took over are Zach LaVine and Coby White. The Bulls added Lonzo Ball, DeMar DeRozan, and Nikola Vucevic all within the last year. Apparently, O'Neal doesn't think the Bulls have the assets to achieve the main goal of an NBA Championship.

Obviously, it would be a tall task for the Bulls to win a championship in what has become a competitive Eastern Conference. The Milwaukee Bucks -- the reigning NBA Champions -- are in the Central Divison, so the Bulls have a ton of work to do if they want to truly compete.

However, they are a hell of a lot closer to the team Shaq used to have ownership in. The Sacramento Kings are still a joke and if Shaq thought that the team they were trying to build over there would get close to a championship, maybe he doesn't know what he's talking about.

What can I say? I'm a homer.
