Chicago Bulls star Zach LaVine has been struggling with his health recently. He has been dealing with a non-COVID illness. His playing status has been game-to-game. It sounds like LaVine is a go for tonight’s contest at Madison Square Garden.
LaVine was questionable but played through the illness in the Bulls' 133-119 victory over the Hornets on Monday night. He finished with 25 points, six rebounds, and five assists. It’s a positive sign that he can contribute at his typical clip even though he is fighting through an illness.
In the Bulls' last battle with the Knicks a couple of weeks ago, LaVine had 21 points, six rebounds, and four assists. The dynamic guard will have to contribute at least that amount with how the Knicks have been able to shut down the Bulls frontcourt.
