Chicago Craft Beer Festival
Visitors get to taste beers from 40 craft breweries here in the Chicago region.

Illinois Brewery Running Series
This 5k race is visiting Chicago’s breweries weekly. This week’s location will be Midwest Coast Brewing. Participants will receive a free craft beer, collectors pint glass, and door prizes. Other festivities and games will be part of the event as well.

Time: 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM
Location: Midwest Coast Brewing (West Town)
Navy Pier Fireworks
Navy Pier is back open and will be featuring firework shows on Wednesday and Saturday nights from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. The show is free of charge and you’ll be able to take in the display from any open areas on the Pier.
Time: 9:30 PM on Wednesdays, 10:15 PM on Saturdays
Various smaller concerts
Lollapalooza and Riot Fest both announced their full lineups for the summer. This has been the largest piece of positive news for the music industry here in Chicago since the COVID-19 pandemic started.
