After falling out of the AP Top 25 poll for over a month, Illinois has worked its way back in at No. 25 this week.

The Illini returned to the rankings after two conference wins over Minnesota and Maryland last week. Illinois is one of two teams still undefeated in Big Ten play. Brad Underwood's team has won nine of their last 10 games since a two-game skid against Marquette and Cincinnati in early-non-conference play.

The Illini look to ascend even further in the AP Top 25 poll as they face Nebraska and Michigan this week. Illinois will visit the Cornhuskers on Tuesday before hosting the Wolverines on Friday.
