This is a week in which byes are going to hurt some fantasy prospects. Make sure you check those lineups and deploy the best plays you have to power through. Just go out and get that win, because that's all that matters in fantasy football.

Kyler Murray vs. Buccaneers
This is a top-notch fantasy matchup. If you have either quarterback, start them. However, Murray has a chance to end the day with more points due to the Cardinals having to play catch-up in this one.

Drew Brees vs. Falcons
The Saints can't wait for this game against a Falcons team that is quickly deteriorating. They rank as the second-worst defense against the position, so do not miss out on taking advantage of this matchup.

Running Backs

Devin Singletary vs. Browns
This matchup might not be against a bottom-tier defense, but the Bills are starting to use the rookie running back more frequently. Singletary is becoming a very solid play in all fantasy formats. Also, the Browns are just completely lost as a team.

David Montgomery vs. Lions
Ride the hot hand! Montgomery is another rookie who is starting to put up numbers on a weekly basis. The biggest factor in play here is that he matches up against the worst defense against running backs. David Montgomery is a must-play this weekend.

Wide Receivers

Christian Kirk vs. Buccaneers
The Buccaneers are the absolute worst team against wide receivers. Fantasy owners have been waiting on a breakout game from Kirk, and today will provide a great opportunity for that.

Golden Tate vs. Jets
Tate has almost become a must-play in PPR formats, but he is even playable in standard with a high-scoring upside week. Neither New York team possesses a great defense, so expect a plethora of points in this game.

Tight Ends

Mike Gesiki vs. Colts
It comes as a bit of a surprise that the Colts are actually in the bottom-ten in the league against tight ends. It also seems as if the Dolphins are starting to move the ball on offense, and they are finding their young tight end more often now.

Gerald Everett vs. Steelers
The Rams rarely utilized this position all last season. In 2019, they have started to use Everett more, which is a nice dimension to have in an already high-powered offense. The Steelers are also trending down against the tight ends as of late. Everett's usage is can lead to production, so plug him in your lineup and you will be alright.

Baker Mayfield vs. Bills
Want to know what's a bad fantasy recipe for a quarterback? Going up against a top-five defense against that position when you are struggling. Mayfield has been having a rough 2019 season. It will not turn around against the Bills, so he is better off on your bench this week.

Kyle Allen vs. Packers
This is a big week for Allen. He is not the official starter for the rest of the season due to Newton going to IR, so he will have something to prove. However, that doesn't help him in a bad matchup against a Packers defense that is in the top-ten against the quarterbacks this year. Green Bay will also be out for blood this weekend after a bad week-nine showing.

Running Backs

David Johnson/Kenyan Drake vs. Buccaneers
It's crazy that the Buccaneers are so bad against one position, but they are the top defense against running backs. The Cardinals will also be splitting carries, which doesn't bode well for their backs when it comes to fantasy. It's best to just avoid this scenario and see how it pans out.

Joe Mixon vs. Ravens
This is a tough matchup for a running back who hasn't been all that great this season. In addition, the Ravens will establish an early lead in this game, which will force Bengals to get away from running the ball.

Wide Receivers

Odell Beckham Jr. vs Bills
OBJ has been even more disappointing than Baker Mayfield this season. That trend won't change this weekend against a tough Bills secondary that ranks third against wideouts. Avoid this matchup if you can.

DeVante Parker vs. Colts
Shockingly, the Colts actually come in ranked as the 11th-best team against receivers. It's just tough to play someone when his team's main target has become the tight end and a group of wide receivers, which is what the Dolphins are doing right now. This is not something to mess with this weekend.

Tight Ends

Jimmy Graham vs. Panthers
This comes as bit of a surprise. The Panthers are the sixth-best team against tight ends. The bigger issue is that Graham can be such an up-and-down player. You never know what you will get week-to-week. Don't risk it, as it should be a down week for Graham against a good defense.

Mark Andrews vs. Bengals
This one is a tougher call. Andrews can be an impressive player from time to time, but this week doesn't offer the ideal matchup because the Bengals are the fourth-best defense against tight ends. This will be a tough sit this week, but the writing is on the wall to avoid this one.
