Marvel has released its much anticipated (and speculated!) trailer for Spider-Man No Way Home. We looked at the teaser trailer when it first came out, and excitement was through the roof.

The movie comes out as the furthest entry along the linear timeline of the MCU. That said, recent MCU shows and upcoming movies have shown that time is less a line and more an, ahem, circle. Ever since it was confirmed that Alfred Molina (Doc Ock in Spider-Man 2, 2004) and Jamie Foxx (Electro in The Amazing Spider-Man 2, 2014) would be in the movie, fans have been speculating about who else would show up. Rumors have been flying about the previous Spider-Man actors returning, Daredevil, and other Spidey villains.

One thing is clear, this movie is gonna be madder than a wax banana.

Spider-Man No Way Home Trailer Reaction

After watching the trailer above, Marvel has confirmed that there is a rift in the multiverse, and other Spider-Man villains from other "universes" are pouring in. Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield will almost certainly return as different versions of Spider-Man. We see and hear Electro, Green Goblin, Doctor Octopus, Sandman, and the Lizard. That makes five villains, so I'd bet there is one more in store for us to tease out a Sinister Six.

The trailer also delves a little deeper into the story. It doesn't look like a buddy cop adventure between Dr. Strange and Peter Parker. From the dialog shared, it seems those two have a difference of opinion about who should live and die to fix the timeline. Zendaya is going to kill every scene as MJ, that's for damn sure.
