Kahleah Copper Named WNBA Eastern Conference Player of the Week

The 2021 WNBA Finals MVP averaged 25.5 PPG, 7.0 RPG, and 2.5 APG during her award-winning week.

After a scorching hot week for Kahleah Copper, the Chicago Sky guard earned her first WNBA Player of the Week honors.

Copper is the first Sky player to receive the award since Courtney Vandersloot did so last season for the week of June 21, 2021.

As the Sky went 1-1 during that stretch, the 2021 WNBA Finals MVP averaged 25.5 PPG, 7.0 RPG, and 2.5 APG. Copper also leads the league in fast-break points with 4.1 per game.
