Getting to a White Sox game just got a whole lot easier. On Thursday, the team announced that the sale of single-game tickets to home games would be returning. This news follows last week's announcement of a stadium capacity increase from 20% to 60%.
Previously, the only way to purchase tickets was through packages and third party ticket sites.
The team also announced the return of promotional giveaways, with the first coming on May 24-25 against the St. Louis Cardinals.
With this, the city of Chicago takes another big step toward returning to normalcy. At this rate, it's only a matter of time before ballparks on both sides of town return to full capacity.
It's shaping up to be a fun summer on the South Side White Sox fans.
