White Sox Flashback: That Time Hawk Checked On Todd Frazier

Former Chicago White Sox third baseman Todd Frazier announced on Tuesday that he is retiring from baseball. While Frazier at one time was a symbol of hope in the White Sox "All In" lineup, that team unfortunately went bust after what was a promising start to the 2016 season.
Frazier will forever live in South Side lore for a single play -- one that he probably would wish to forget as it was likely a rather painful experience. It wasn't for his actions, but the actions of another that this play will live on in White Sox fans' memories.
During a May game which featured the Texas Rangers and Chicago White Sox down in Arlington, Todd Frazier made a diving catch into the stands. During the play, Frazier crashed headfirst into the seats, smashing his face up in the process. After running off the field and being replaced by Yolmer Sanchez (who at the time was still known as "Carlos"), Hawk Harrelson decided to leave the broadcast booth to check on Frazier.
