White Sox, Jared Kelley Agree to Deal
With their second-round pick in the 2020 draft, the White Sox selected Jared Kelley, a right-handed pitcher from Refugio High School in Texas. Today Fox Kelley and the club have agreed to a contract.

The slot value was $1.5 million and Kelley signed for twice that value, so this move definitely infers that later picks will be making below slot value or not sign at all.
