Per Jeff Passan, the Sox have signed...wait for it...Dallas Keuchel.

Ken Rosenthal followed up with the specific terms of the deal.

The White Sox are spending. They filled two giant holes in the rotation with Gio Gonzalez and now Dallas Keuchel. I have to give them credit because they’re finally doing what they said they would.

Keuchel had a 4.72 FIP last year and a 3.75 ERA. However, he’ll be fine. He was a 3.3 fWAR pitcher in 2018 and 2.3 fWAR pitcher in 2017. He’s good. Maybe he’s not the level of Zack Wheeler, Gerrit Cole, or Stephen Strasburg, but he’s in that next tier. This signing is good for the Sox and good for the fans. We deserved this. Now it's time for the club to go out and get another slugger for RF or DH and possibly add to the bullpen. They silenced me and the rest of Sox fans knocking the team for being passive after the Yasmani Grandal signing. What a Christmas gift for White Sox nation.
