In a surprising move today, WWE has come to terms on the release of Bray Wyatt.
The last time he was on TV was the night after WrestleMania 37, which was the April 12th edition of Monday Night Raw. Rumors have been swirling for a while about why Wyatt wasn’t on TV for so long.
But now there is more clarity on that situation, as the company didn’t have a plan in place. Now, the uber-creative wrestling mind will be on the free-agent market soon.
The question now becomes: when might we see Bray Wyatt next? Could there be a 90-day no-compete clause in play or will he return to the ring in the near future?
Wyatt will surely have plenty of potential landing spots. At this time, there are two companies that best fit his talents — IMPACT Wrestling and AEW. Both possible destinations would allow him to have some creative freedom, an area in which he has previously excelled.
