Rush Signs Full-Time Deal With AEW

The former two-time ROH World Champion arrives at a time when AEW can use him the most.

After making his first appearance for AEW the Double Or Nothing PPV in May, Rush has officially signed a full-time deal with the company. The former CMLL and ROH star previously had a per-appearance deal.

The timing of this acquisition is a positive for the company and Tony Khan after acquiring ROH earlier this year. AEW now has another former big-name talent from ROH to help continue its legacy. And Rush has a chance to continue his career on a grander stage as well.

Over the last four months, he has participated in several big-time matches. Throughout that stretch, Rush has performed at a top level and Tony Khan knew he couldn't let that pass.

So what's next for Rush? His faction member Andrade El Idolo posted cryptically on social media as of late. And now he is scheduled for a Mask vs. Leaving AEW match next week with 10 of the Dark Order. Hopefully, we get to see more from La Faccion Ingobernable in AEW.
