Last night at the UFC Apex Center in Las Vegas, Amanda Nunes fought a very satisfying and impressive unanimous decision victory over Felicia Spencer.

She put on a flawless clinic of exactly how to take down your opponent. She cut Spencer several times on the face, side of her head, and also gave her one heck of a hematoma on her forehead.

We must give Spencer credit where it's due here as well. I didn't believe she would last the first round, let alone go the distance with the champ, and she took a ton of shots in a glorious loss. She has a bright future ahead of her but this was not her time to shine.

Last night, Amanda Nunes became the first fighter ever in the UFC to successfully defend both of her championship titles. She did it with excellent skill and poise as well as determination to wear Felicia down. Once she realized that this wasn't going to be a first round KO, she began to pick apart Felicia bodypart by bodypart.

It was truly a work of art:

Nunes retains the Featherweight title and this fight solidified her as the greatest women's MMA fighter of all time, if not the greatest overall MMA fighter of all time... for now.
